Position Summary

Responsible for the coordination of logistics data to support the allocation of logistics costs (supply vessel, helicopters, fuel and supply base) across all BG Europe E&P Assets as per the BG Cost Allocation Procedure.

As part of the monthly logistics allocation process the role is also responsible for the differentiation between production operations logistics support and project / well logistics support in order to ensure correct OPEX / CAPEX allocations.
All allocations to be completed in the correct format in order to be included in the monthly logistics allocation journal to be input by the Cost Control Accountant in line with finance month end timetable.

Responsible for the management of all logistics KPIs, Scorecards and RCA for reporting to Assets.

Requisitions and Service Entry Management for all logistics costs. Invoice requests and management of Flight Share.

Key Accountabilities

HSSE:

Lead by example and contribute to the development of a culture of continuous HSSE performance improvement.
Actively contributes to assist to achieve outstanding performance in meeting BG Group targets of HSSE and efficiency. 
Ensure that all activities are fully comply with BG practices, current legislation and safe systems of work.
Responsible for ensuring Contractors and 3rd Party Vendors comply with the BG applicable Standards within area of expertise.
Measure and report environmental emissions of logistics resources.
Investigate and close relevant actions in Synergy and ATMS

Logistics Cost Control:

Ensure voyage reports for both long term charter and spot hire supply vessels are all correctly completed and received in a timely manner. Using the information from the voyage reports, plus vessel charter rates charged from invoices in SAP, complete the voyage allocation calculation schedule to be included in monthly allocation journal.
Using the voyage reports plus fuel invoices in SAP calculate both the supply vessel fuel usage allocation and fuel offload for each vessel voyage.
Based on flight schedules included with the monthly helicopter invoices calculate the allocation of the monthly helicopter flying hour’s allocation plus the entire associated ancillary costs.
In conjunction with the Logistics Marine Specialist provide allocations for all the monthly supply base charges across all BG UKU assets.
Management of all logistics KPIs, Scorecards and RCA for Asset Reporting.
Monthly budgeting and accrual data management.
Requisitions and Service Entry and invoice requests.
Support Logistics Team as required. 
Responsible for reporting environmental waste emissions.
