Senior Consultant

Strategis Communications, a dynamic boutique European Affairs consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Consultant.

Ideal candidates should have:

• A minimum 4 years experience of EU affairs consultancy or similar (e.g. staff in the European Parliament);
• An equal interest in business as well as the intricacies of the EU;
• A sound knowledge of Internal Market, Consumer, or Food policies a preference;
• An aptitude for handling a broad range of policy issues is a must.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Senior Consultants at Strategis are expected to be able to manage and develop all aspects of client accounts both individually and as part of the team.

Profile

• Self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to adapt to fast changing client demands;
• Proven track record as a EU affairs consultant or similar hands on experience in an EU institution;
• Ability to apply an understanding of EU affairs to create competitive advantage for clients;
• Strong communication skills (oral & written);
• Excellent planning & organisation skills;
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian or other languages are a plus.
