Membership and Stakeholder Relations Coordinator

We offer a position with considerable opportunity for exposure within a dynamic, international team. The successful candidate will work with members and key stakeholders to identify their business needs, opportunities and challenges as well as engage in a number of activities contributing to the organization's delivery of individual and collective services to its members. More specifically:

Take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate members as part of the account management system
Coordinate the delivery of successful stakeholder dialogues involving key European stakeholders
Deliver Individual member-requested services (CSR report reviews, issue-specific research reports)
Provide research and editorial input for various projects
Assist in the delivery of a Collaborative Venture on Valuing Non-Financial Performance (http://www.csreurope.org/data/files/cv_sheet__vnfp.pdf)
Represent the organisation in external fora and towards stakeholders (European institutions and others)
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years corporate experience with a general knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and how it applies in a business context. Good knowledge and experience with European, and/or national public authorities is ideal. In addition, he/she must possess a professional demeanor and be able to work directly with corporate members and external stakeholders. A client-driven attitude and the ability to work in a small, dynamic and inter-cultural organization is a must.

The position requires networking, facilitating, researching and organizational skills and fluency in both English and French. Legal authority to work within the European Union is also required.

The location for this position will be Brussels. The contract offered is a permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period. Salary will be €2.170 gross/month (negotiable).
