Project:
Development of an HR Manual for the non-profit organization of Community Legal Clinic of York Region (CLCYR). The Clinic is a small office consisting of 10 employees and operates out of one location in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Requirements:
· Update CLCYR’s current Human Resources Policy to ensure it meets the Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code and Health and Safety Code and any current and relevant legislation. The document will be produced in word format in order that changes can be made as required.
· A hard copy of the Human Resources Policy manual to be made available in a binder
· A PDF copy provided on CD for use by all employees
· Regular updates to be provided as required by changes or additions to legislation
· An Employee handbook in electronic version
Please provide a sample outline of the Human Resources manual, along with the cost, timeframe for completion and three (3) references.
