| Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate and assist the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Student Affairs through provision of services including; (i) Coordination, organization and prioritization of the flow of information through the office in accordance with established guidelines and criteria; (ii) organization, management and control of administrative and secretarial services; (iii) carrying out research on behalf of the Deputy Vice Chancellor as directed; (iv) dissemination of information to students, coordination and overseeing students related publications; (v) monitoring of web based students feedback system; coordination of the production, development and /or review of student related policies, annual budget and annual reports for the Division. Requirements: Candidates should have a (i) a minimum of a University Degree, preferably at Master’s level; (ii) at least three years post graduation experience in office administration, preferably in an educational or research institute environment, two years of which should have been at Assistant Manager level; (iii) knowledge of computerized office practices and procedures is essential together with enhanced computer skills; (iv) previous experience in research and working with students will be added advantage.
