Research Fellow Mathematical models of antibiotic resistant bacteria

A mathematical modeller is wanted to join the Epidemiology Research Group at the University of Edinburgh to work on the population dynamics of antibiotic resistant bacteria, particularly MRSA.
Applicants should have a PhD (or MSc plus research experience) and expertise in the developing mathematical models for biological or biomedical data. You will have the opportunity to work closely with field studies in Scotland, Kenya and Vietnam addressing key research questions about factors affecting the spread of antibiotic resistant bacteria infections in both human and animal populations.
Fixed Term: for 3 years
Salary Scale: £30,122 - £35,938 per annum
