We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent - Electrical - Completions Team for a project located in Dalby/Chinchilla. You will be employed on a full time project hire basis with Thiess Industrial Projects, and whilst working on this project you will work on a 14/7 roster. It will be bus in/bus out with camp accommodation and attracts a site allowance.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and management to a team of multidiscipline supervisors, coordinating resources in support of their project execution timeframes, budgets, quality specifications, safety, and the expectation of the client and other interest groups.
You will:
- Facilitate project activities through the effective co-ordination of resources relevant to manning, materials and equipment within the specified timeframes, budgets and with a focus on best for project outcomes.
- Interface with the Area Manager, other Superintendents and Engineering to ensure all resources are being co-ordinated in alignment with best for project outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Planning and Scheduling to produce construction plans/WABs that deliver the activities in accordance with the schedule.
- Provide leadership, direction, guidance and support to the assigned team of supervisors in facilitation of their activities on site.
Applicants will possess:
- Must have solid experience working as a Superintendent - E & I within a heavy industry/ construction environment;
- Experience within Oil/Gas Industry a definite advantage.
- Relevant trade qualifications;
- Must have the right to work in Australia
