Job Purpose
To be accountable for all aspects of IT solutions and services for Alliances including:
  • ensuring that new implementations are project managed and delivered on time
  • managing technical resources to maintain the systems in scope, deliver testing & new implementations
  • ensuring that system issues relating to alliance partners are investigated and addressed on a timely basis
  • ensure regular status reporting on new projects and system issues
Responsibilities
  • Technical specialist providing standard business solutions, services and support, according to defined processes
  • Define overall test strategy and deliver Testing solution to budget and timescales for the assigned projects
  • Key relationship manager for Alliance systems responsible for establishing and maintaining productive working relationships across the business
  • Responsible for tracking workloads, materials, activities and resource hours and availability. Then make recommendations to ensure maximum utilisation and reduce potential downtime or slippage due to resource conflicts or availability restrictions
Requirements
Qualification & Education:
  • Bachelors’ degree, preferably in one of Statistics, Mathematics or Economics
  • Post graduate qualifications would be a distinct advantage (MBA or International recognized Qualification)
Experience
  • 6-8 years of PSS systems experience is required
  • Experience in general IT related competencies
  • Experience with methods and techniques for structured reviews
  • Airline experience is required
  • Experience in managing testing teams
