Position Summary
The HR Data and People Metrics Analyst will set up and manage meaningful HR information systems – he/she will be a critical part of the HR team and will provideinformation management, analysis and support and will bring significant academic and professional experience using database and visualisation tools to assemble, analyse and draw conclusions from people data to identify and implement process improvements and enable management to make strategic and informed decisions.  
Key Accountabilities
    Act as the main point-of-contact for all HR information and reporting requests from both internal and external customers.
    Provide technical and operational support for all HR information systems, which may include creating and running ad hoc queries from SAP, Fusion Oracle and other systems.
    Create and maintain databases and develop appropriate dashboards, visualisations and reports of key people/performance indicators (KPIs) e.g., hiring and turnover, exit data and tenure, disability and leaves of absence trends in diagnosis, duration and location/manager, employee engagement and turnover/exit data, staffing speed to hire and quality of hire, external compensation data and trends, local/asset performance and compensation trends, headcount, training and development and diversity.
    Evaluate KPIs to identify HR issues and trends impacting the business and recommend appropriate action to the VP and other business partners. 
    Be responsible for relevance, accuracy and timeliness of all HR data by regularly auditing data and prompting HRBPs, administrators and line managers to address data deficiencies.
    Create and support strategies to streamline HR processes as well as identify opportunities for process and data capture automation.
    Provide change management support during the implementation of any new systems or processes, including the development of operating procedures, training and ongoing support.

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute
    BA/BSc degree – this could be in computer and information science, maths, finance, economics, HR or other related field - Master’s degree a plus.
    Extensive experience with database applications and data visualisation with the capability to identify root causes and data patterns from structured and un-structured data.
    With a deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends you will have excellent problem-solving capabilities and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to draw actionable insights from key trends and to develop and communicate action plans that drive business results.
    Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle the pressure of last minute request with little or no supervision.
    With demonstrated experience building effective workinrelationships, you will collaborate with internal and external customers to address business needs.
    With outstanding communication skills, you will speak and write English fluently and have the ability to clearly communicate data and research findings to all levels including senior leadership.
