| Job Purpose | Accountable to issue safe handling of stock while Loading/Unloading and maneuvering within the Warehouse.
Accountable to safety driving, handling and maintaining Pallet handling trolley, Forklift and vehicle assigned.
Accountable to obtain proper Licenses required to operate the handling equipment and access passes required at delivery points like Airport, various Etihad’s Offices, GAMCO etc.

| Responsibilities |
- Take instructions from the Store Keeper what stock items need to be pulled out based on the issue voucher or pick list and organize the timely preparation of the outgoing shipments
- Safe handling of all stock items from the receiving points and to the delivery points. Random checking of all goods handled and notifies the Store Keeper for any deviation
- Operate all warehouse handling equipments safely and not to endanger the life of other colleagues working in the warehouse. Careful handling of operating equipments like Hand Pallet Trolley, Forklift and Vehicles that is necessary for moving the stocks
- Monitor the routine maintenance required for the hand pallet trolley, Forklift and vehicles assigned and co-ordinate with the Stock Controller to make sure that the periodical services are given to gain maximum efficiencies and productivity
- Assist store keeper in random checking of goods, packing and palletizing the stock item that need to be dispatched. All the pallets are stabilized and safe for internal and external movements
- Co-ordinate with the stock receiving controller and assist in unloading stock deliveries as and when required. Also, check for any items that need to be moved to various bins and locators and make sure that items are moved to its respective locators/bin within 24 hours of its receipt
- Monitor housekeeping activities within the storage area. Maintain ‘Clean as you Go’ concept and educate the outsourced staff in improving housekeeping within the storage, bins etc
- Make sure handling equipment, Forklift and Vehicles are clean. Prior to it usage in the morning, clean it and make sure it is properly charged. All vehicle driver cabin must be clean at all times and driver who is driving is fully responsible to upkeep the unit
- As per the instructions of stock controller and store keeper, deliver the goods to the end user within the given timeline. Upon completion of daily assigned responsibilities, notify the Stock Controller or Store Keeper to provide additional responsibilities if any

| Requirements | Qualification & Education:
- Minimum high school level is required
- Must hold required License in order to operation all handling equipments and vehicles in the Warehouse operating environment
Experience:
Must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Warehouse Management best practices gained over a period of not less than 10 years, with a proven track of success in Airline Warehouse Management or Retail Warehouse and Distribution Management.
Training & Knowledge:
- Able to read, write and speak English. Arabic is an added advantage
- Forklift Driving with minimum 5 years experience in a Warehouse or retain environment
- Fire, Health and Safety Training, Dangerous Goods Handling etc
