Sales Manager Saudi Arabia & Kuwait Compressor Technique
Job description:
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager within Compressor Technique Service team. The geographical area of responsibility includes Saudi & Kuwait marketplace and you will report to CTS Business Line Manager Saudi & Kuwait.As Aftermarket Sales Manager you will play an important role in growing spares and service business and maintaining the local CRM system and its applications.
Mission:
Main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:- To lead and grow of after Market Sales Team.- To train boost sales team's competence in both technical and commercial aspects.- To listen and identify customer's needs, and then provide optimized solution.- To implement Strategic Sales and pricing guidelines.- To follow-up and prioritize Sales Team Sales Calls and activities by effective use of pro-active Sales Management (Salesforce/ iPSM)- To establish and keep good relationship with key-customers.- To ensure compliance with company credit policy while closing deals.
Experience requirements:
- At least 4 successful years experience in sales role within industrial service environment- Good English in both spoken and written. Arabic would be considered as a plus.- Good computer skills.- Willing to travel frequently in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.- Familiar with Saudi & Kuwait industrial market would be considered as an advantage.
Knowledge:
- Good computer skills- Very good command of English both written and oral. Arabic would be considered as plus.- Familiar with Saudi & Kuwait industrial market would be considered as an advantage.
Educational requirements:
University Degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
Personality requirements:
- Passionate for closing sales deals and ensuring internal/external customers satisfaction- Excellent communicator and great with people- Willing to travel frequently in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait- Positive, social and driven personality.
