As an Administrator you will use your skills to help maximise the effectiveness of our Central Resources team, who help the organization to run smoothly and to deliver great value for the people that benefit most from our work.  
As well as general administrative duties and managing logistics such as scheduling and preparing meetings and answering calls, you will also support the Commercial and Procurement Manager as they improve processes right across the organization that demonstrate value for money to our thousands of supporters and donors.
You will also support the Director and his reports in preparing regular performance reporting to the Executive team and the Board of Trustees. 
You’ll be the kind of person who keeps calm under pressure and has extensive experience of providing office & senior level PA support but also someone who likes taking on interesting challenges and new projects.
Naturally good with people, you will have well developed communication, administration and IT skills coupled with an eye for detail. Excellent at multitasking you will also be a strong team player who is able take the initiative and prioritise work- loads.
