To develop and deliver a sustainable, efficient and safe Etihad Airways transportation strategy globally.

| Responsibilities |
- Develop, plan and implement the Etihad Airways strategic transport plan, processes and polices supporting the business needs.
- Performance manage and monitor all service provider SLAs.
- Design, develop and manage sustainable transport related improvements to achieve delivery of best-practice transport product.
- Formulate and deliver against annual budgetary plans, seeking efficiencies.
- Review and recommend any technology interventions that will deliver efficiencies.
- Responsible for the development of H&S polices related to Etihad Transportation services and the adherence to, and development of, any regulatory or industry recognized best practices.
- Motivate, engage, train and develop staff to maintain an effective workforce capable of meeting its objectives and the expectations of the Etihad brand.
- Review and recommend organisational changes to optimise working practices.

| Requirements |
Qualification & Education:
- Bachelors degree in a Business field or equivalent experience is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years related experience, to include managerial experience.
- Minimum 6 years experience in senior manager role focused on transportation strategy for a fleet of 1,000+ vehicles.
- Experience of planning transport strategy across global locations.
