Mission 
The Business Controller is responsible for the control and guidance of the company’s financial results, including forecasting, analysis and providing support to the Management of the Company. You will be part of the management team and participate in BRM/CRM and Legal Board. To secure an accurate application of the principles and guidelines of The Way We Do Things and that financial reporting and accounting matters are in accordance with FAM and local statutory accounting practice. Through accurate, relevant and timely business & financial analysis, support general management in making effective business decisions.To secure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Group processes are implemented.To participate in business activities and thereby actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with the strategy and targets.To raise "red flags" to operational and/or holding management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk.To take care of the legal aspects and secure the professional development of employees.Responsibilities include:* Accounting and reporting* Internal control* Cash management * Assets management, inventories, receivables and other* General administration* Credit management and credit control* Legal advise in HR matters* Contribute to Employer branding

Experience requirements 
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance and/or business control - Business analysis and risk management - Working with quality, accuracy and deadlines - Experience from an International business environment- Working with Information systems, including MS Office

Educational requirements 
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar academic background.- Good command of English and French. Arabic is a plus.- Knowledge of Atlas Copco’s Finance and Administration Manual is essential.- Familiar with Group accounting principles, IFRS and local statutory rules-- Knowledge of "The Way We Do Things" is required- Management of a finance team- Must have a solid knowledge and experience of Finance, administration procedures and information systems.- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Proven track record of providing excellent business control and support service - Has a genuine interest in all aspects of the business operation, and an ability to lead projects in the area of business control.
