Client Sales Officer

About the Job: 
Jagdhan Finance and Investment Limited is seeking a Client Sales Officer. S/he will be responsible for mapping new operational areas and conducting basic market survey and analysis as per operations policy.
Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Undertake product marketing in appointed area of operations by conducting client meeting, issuing pamphlets, and other methods;
  • New borrower identification and induction:
    • Identify potential new group and individual borrowers;
    • Conduct a thorough introduction of the organization and its products and services to potential clients;
    • Assist borrowers in group formation.
  • Information as required for credit bureau check is collected from the prospective client and shared with back office in the specified format;
  • Documentation:
    • Verify and collect relevant KYC documents (copies of proof of identity and address) from the prospective clients as per operations policy;
    • Fix appointment for filling application form at client’s house and complete the loan application form and cash flow form as per operations policy in presence of the client and guarantor;
    • Ensure that the documentation is delivered to the head office as per the procedures in the operations policy.
  • Coordinate the visit of regional manager for assessment process. Communicate the outcome of the assessment back to clients on a timely manner;
  • Loan disbursement:
    • Fix loan disbursement days viz-a-viz based on client interactions and with head office for each operational area;
    • Follow up with head office for status and collect the completed loan agreements;
    • Ensure that the loan contract is executed on the day of disbursement and that the client has received their loan card with detailed repayment schedule;
    • Collect loan processing fee and issue receipts immediately;
    • Ensure that all guarantors have signed the contract;
    • Re-confirm that the borrower and guarantor both have understood the repayment terms and conditions and schedule properly.
  • Conduct post loan utilization at client level and report for any deviations to regional manager;
  • Get the list of delinquent clients from service officers and follow up with delinquent borrowers.  
Qualifications: 
  • Higher secondary pass;
  • Good flair of numbers, analytical ability;
  • Expected to demonstrate the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times.
