Job description
1)Maintaining and updating the master data of all Oil-free Air Division equipment (Compressors, dryers, ancillary equipment, etc. ) in related back office systems (CRM tool & Quotation software)2)Consolidate machine master data from multiple sources, control on consistency and quality.Follow up on the translation process3) Create templates for quotations as per brand guidelines.Weekly follow-up with Customer Centers on CRM & NPS data4)Follow-up & uploading documentation on Business Portal and represent Oil-free Air in the Business Portal Key User Meetings5)Provide monthly report on NPS & Sales efficiency (Visits, cold calls, hot leads, orders won, orders lost)

Experience requirements
3 to 5 years exposure within a Atlas Copco customer centre
Knowledge
High level of computer literacy.
Educational requirements
University degree or equivalent through experience.
