Job description
Compressor Technique Service in Saudi is actively seeking a candidate for the position of sales engineer based in Khobar to continue the development of aftermarket business (spares and service) in this important Saudi area. As sales engineer, you will be responsible for the marketing and sales of products supporting the range of compressed air equipment.Accelerate market and customer share mainly with increasing service plan ratio.Promote the business through the development of customer base as well as identifying new business opportunities with products portfolio.Work to expand the market share by developing new customers to our aftermarket business. Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels within this territory and ensure an excellent standard of after sales service is provided Achieve the targets and the marketing objectives of the Compressor Technique Service division in a profitable manner resulting in a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Mission
Maximize the profitability of the Compressor Technique Service business across the territory by promoting sales and service to new and existing customers in accordance with agreed business plans and targets.Strengthen the Group's vision "First in Mind – First in Choice" among the local customer base through a customer-value and customer-care driven culture.Develop the 1-to-1 ratio according to division requirements.
Experience requirements
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:- Proven industrial sales experience. - Experience in the compressed air market via either technical sales or hands on experience. - Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic.- A team player who can coordinate the efforts of a team to achieve sales targets.
Knowledge
- Technical knowledge of compressed products and their applications.- Good communication skills.- Computer literate.
Educational requirements
Engineering degree is required or equivalent gained from experience
Personality requirements
- Self motivated with a natural aptitude for direct sales.- Self motivated with a natural aptitude for direct sales.- Interpersonal skills to work with customer and to work as part of the service team
