IT End User Support specialist


The IT End User Support specialist is responsible to deliver IT services, to support end users and to contribute to IT internal projects within the Russian region.
The IT User Support specialist reports to the Service Delivery Lead and receives functional guidance from him and the Global Service Desk Team. IT User Support specialist also responsible for translation to Russian language training materials and help cards of the IT services is using within the region.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Take the ownership of the users IT requests and interact in English with the Global Service Desk Team to it quickest resolution;
  2. Resolve the site users IT issues by himself in case if it possible and does not require engagement Global Service Desk Team;
  3. Execute asset change tasks and reflect such changes in appropriate databases;
  4. Create, modify and keep up to date IT services documentation and distribute this knowledge to the business users;
  5. Plan and perform training sessions of IT services and applications for the site users
  6. Participate in regional and cross-regional technical meetings;
  7. Perform emergency or periodically planned information systems administration tasks, maintenance/upgrades and configuration changes.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bauman Technical, MEPhI, MIPT, MIIT;
  2. Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent major or student able to work full-time;
  3. 1-3 years of experience in IT Service Desk;
  4. Must have fluent English;
  5. Proficient in Windows 7 operating Systems Desktop Environment, MS Office suite, LAN-WAN Infrastructure, IP Telephony;
  6. Broad understanding of various IT technologies and it realization in Microsoft products, such as Windows Server 2003 and 2008, AD, MS Exchange Online, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, etc.
