Organisation: Reports to CP&A Manager Beer & RTD. No Direct Reports | |
Key outcomes: Brilliant Execution · Coordinate the collation and finalisation of all relevant activity briefing material (cycle briefing documents, sales sheets, trade terms contracts, etc) · Set up and maintain electronic and physical documentation · Support preparation and implementation of briefing events · Schedule and coordinate appointments / status meetings · Assist in setting up and driving timelines and deadlines · Provide admin support on all assigned projects · Create delivery instructions and report on delivery status · Collate identified outlet list by activity and provide details to Intouch team for loading · Manage the update of SkuWorks database · Manage the updateCommecial Encyclopidia · Collate and maintain PETI library · Track compliance against activation targets · Responsible for Cycle (Change) Communication to regions · Maintain Promotional Agency Quarterly KPI’s

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages · Minimum four years proven success within detail intensive, organisation / coordination roles within Sales, Marketing or Customer Marketing · Project management knowledge –knows how to get the best from agencies and multiple stakeholders · Ability to manage multiple deliverables on tight leadtimes · Able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders NB: can be a 2nd/3rd graduate rotation or candidates may have a background in sales, sales operations |
