As Art Director and Project Manager with COWI's Global Brand Marketing Team (part of Group Communication and Knowledge Management) your job will be to develop new marketing and communication concepts, manage marketing and communication projects and develop COWI's CVI and award-winning employee magazine Scope (scope.cowi.com)
The Global Brand Marketing Team is responsible for COWI's global brand and global media platforms like www.cowi.com, social media and Scope. We also develop marketing, branding and communication concepts, guidelines, templates and policies to be used throughout the COWI Group.

Your qualifications
You are an experienced Art Director and a gifted craftsman with minimum 5 years of experience. You are a creative force to be reckoned with who love to develop new concepts and drive projects. You are structured and excellent at time and task managing just as you are an innovative, visionary strategist who is an inspiration to others. You are also an outspoken team player with excellent English skills.
You have solid:
- experience with art direction
- experience with project management
- experience with idea and concept development
- experience with continuous improvement and development of a Corporate Visual Identity
- experience with facilitating and driving creative processes
- experience with digital media and designing for digital media
- experience with art direction for magazines
We work as an in-house agency in a high pace. We expect you to be proactive and self-driven. You will be working in close cooperation with our colleagues in the regional communication teams, especially our Graphic Design Centre in Vilnius so experience from a global organization will be considered a plus. You may be a rare specimen, but we know you are out there.The successful candidate will become part of the Group Communications and Knowledge Management department in COWI. We are 13 experienced communicators, project managers and knowledge management specialists with a passion for innovation and great craftsmanship.
