Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to provide essential and wide ranging analytical and administrative business support and discrete high level technical support to the Europe E&P Technical Services Team.
The Technical Services Team is responsible for the development and execution of Engineering, Brownfield Mods, Shutdowns, Asset Integrity and Maintenance associated with the hub platforms of Armada, Everest and Lomond.

Key Accountabilities

Maintain and assist in developing controls and procedures for the TMS team and apply an awareness of the business to implement and develop best practice
Organise, facilitate and attend Technical Services Meetings and manage the outputs and associated actions.
Coordination of Technical Services Key Performance Indicators and associated reported and analysis
Liaise/Communicate with cross functions, the wider business and external stakeholders.
Compilation of key documentation on regular basis such as monthly reports and presentations and taking the initiative to secure or collate background data.
Provide day to day support to the Technical Services Team including maintaining and monitoring the business calendar, budgeting cycle time writing and business delivery schedules.
Make contributions to improve the efficiency of work flows
Maintain Technical Services Team compliance with assurance and governance related activities and general accountability for TMS documentation management.

Unique Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attribute

A self-starter with a strong ability to work off own initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
General business analytical and administration experience with excellent organisational skills - preferably developed in an operations environment with a collaborative focus
Proven experience of working within a team, communicating with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to meet deadlines is essential
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, CMMS experience beneficial
Document management experience is desirable
Must have a good knowledge of business organisation, activities and issues and be able to liaise effectively with managers and external contacts
Strong numerical and literacy skills
