As Editor and Concept Developer with COWI's Global Brand Marketing Team (part of Group Communications and Knowledge Management), your primary job will be to produce and develop Scope (scope.cowi.com) On top of this, you will also develop new marketing and communication concepts and manage marketing and communication projects.

The Global Brand Marketing Team is responsible for COWI's global brand and global media platforms like  www.cowi.com  social media and Scope. We also develop marketing, branding and communications concepts, guidelines, templates and policies to be used throughout the COWI Group.

Your qualifications
You are a visionary magazine editor and a gifted craftsman with a minimum of five to eight years of experience. You know how to conceptualize stories, how to angle them strategically and how to create the perfect magazine mix. You are keen on working closely together with a team of talented colleagues and we expect you to have a passion for and interest in digital communication. You are used to juggling several tasks at one time and are an excellent project manager. You are also a sparkling, energetic and creative individual who loves to develop new concepts for a variety of purposes.

You have:
• editor and project manager experience.
• a flair for networking and finding interesting stories hidden in a global organisation.
• experience with conceptualising stories and mixing a magazine.
• experience with design processes.
• experience with concept development.
• strong journalistic writing skills.
• strong English and Danish language skills.

We work as an in-house agency at a high pace. We expect you to be proactive, responsible and self-motivated. You will be working in close cooperation with our colleagues in the regional communication teams, especially our Graphic Design Centre in Vilnius, so experience from a global organisation will be considered a plus.

The successful candidate will become part of the Group Communications and Knowledge Management department in COWI. We are 13 experienced communicators, project managers and knowledge management specialists with a passion for innovation and great craftsmanship.
