Marketing Manager

Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor A/S seeks a skilled and committed Marketing Manager for our Sales & Marketing department. We expect your educational background to be cand.merc. or similar, and as a person you thrive on the challenges of an international environment.

 

The position

The job consists of a broad variety of assignments within marketing. Amongst others you will work within areas such as:

 

• Market surveillance including screening for ongoing tenders worldwide, market analysis and development, competitors, etc.
• Preparation and updating of marketing plans
• Development of brochures, online and paper advertising and other presentation materialDeveloper and administrator of the company Intranet
• Co-development of CSR policy
• Writing and issuing press releases
• Development of statistics concerning market and competitors
• Planning of participation in international fairs and exhibitions.

You will be part of a dynamic, international company, which sells large turnkey power plant projects throughout the world. The power plant industry is subject to major changes due to deregulations, technical development, and ever increasing environmental focus.

 

You have an interest in and experience with marketing and business intelligence. You work independently and seek personal challenges both within and outside the organisation. We need you to work in a systematic manner, and we take it for granted that you are fluent in both Danish and English. Additionally, we consider it an advantage if you have working knowledge of Spanish and/or French. You enjoy working in a hectic environment with swift decision-making.
