Your tasks: what you need to do

• You actively and proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive IT-market.
• You love to bond with external candidates to find their next challenge.
• You strive for long term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• You take ownership and accountability for all our recruitment sourcing activities, from writing job posts, social media, CV screening to (phone) interviewing.
• You can cope with strict deadlines and are willing to go that extra mile to find that one crucial match.
• You are a skilled contract negotiator and know how to persuade a candidate by your professionalism, knowledge and integrity.
• You use your expertise to identify, evaluate, manage and execute a proactive recruitment sourcing plan.
• You are able to make candidates enthusiastic and motivated about our way of working. You are always striving for excellence, and don't make shortcuts towards quality.
• You understand our company values and services, and you take those into account in your search for excellence in the market. 
• You are eager to learn how to approach a constantly evolving IT market.

Your skills: what you need to master

• Bachelor or Master degree, or similar by experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven recruitment or sourcing experience in IT software.
• Motivated and dynamic persuader.
• Challenge seeker, constantly working on new business and recruitment opportunities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English and fluent in French.
• Dynamic, proactive approach to problem solving.
• Self-starter that only needs a few words.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
