Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably major in Marketing);
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience in working with various formats of digital advertising (advertising format in the web, in apps, in social media), and internet advertising (DoubleClick, AdFox, AdRiver) and contextual advertising systems (Google AdWords, Yandex.Direct);
  • Knowledge of SEO basics;
  • Knowledge of web analytics systems (Google Analytics, iTunes Connect, Flurry, Yandex.Metrica, LiveInternet, Yahoo, Alexa, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the basics of HTML, web design and usability;
  • Experience in analyzing online audience behavior;
  • Good managerial qualities;
  • Teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the campaigns promoting digital products and services of RBTH with the assistance of RBTH subdivisions and third party contractors, if necessary.
  • Managing contextual advertising campaigns for RBTH digital products.
  • Managing the SEO process for RBTH digital products.
  • Managing supporting campaigns for RBTH digital products and services on websites, in apps, social media and newsletters of its main (print) partners.
  • Finding partners for promoting the RBTH web sites (placing various formats of advertising on partner web sites and in social media accounts, holding joint contests, etc.), maintaining and developing cooperation.
  • Promoting RBTH digital products and services in social media.
  • Managing content seeding campaigns.
  • Monitoring the project mentions and citations in foreign media, reporting.
  • Keeping a calendar of international events where it would be advisable for RBTH to present itself and its products.
  • Keeping a database for feedback from the project target audience, organizing inclusion of the feedback in internal and external communications.
  • Coordinating the placement of banners using the project digital resources (web sites, apps) via AdFox and DoubleClick banner exchange systems.
  • Offering ideas to improve usability of RBTH digital products: web sites, special categories, sections, reports, and blogs on the web sites.
