Human Resource Manager, South East Asia. Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems

Job description 
- To work closely together with Key Managers to ensure that HR agenda is aligned with the business strategies.- To work actively on employee relation matters. Consult holding HR teams in the region on local policies & procedures; bridge all employees with Holding HR team on all HR policies, procedures and any other employment matter. - To set up recruitment channels in the region to cover all the countries we have; Ensure the implementation on competence based recruitment process and tools, join together with managers in selection process. - To analyze the training needs of individual and business groups, closely cooperate with business lines to define appropriate training courses and development activities; leverage training and development activities and resources in each country to meet our business needs. - To advise, coach and support managers to implement people management processes including but not limited to: performance and competence reviews, talent reviews. Ensure the implementation of people management processes in ITBA organizations.- To work closely with Holding HR teams in the region on following up market trend on remuneration. Ensure the compliance with group guideline & local legislation, and ensure the competitiveness reward structure for ITBA organizations in the region. -To work on employer branding communication internally and externally, uplift the brands awareness in the talent markets.

This key position reports to our General Manager for ACTA SEA customer center and General Manager for CPD SEA customer center. Your mission is to bridge the business needs and HR plan, contribute to the development of the human resource strategy, and implement the HR plan to support the fast organic and business growth. You will have fantastic opportunities to learn, to share & to work together with our international HR networks. We expect you to contribute to & drive the implementation of our global and regional people management key initiatives.

Experience requirements 
- HR generalist background, 5+ years of experience in total, - Expertise in recruitment is a must- Working experience with matrix organization- Working experience with sales companies is a must- Working experience with expansion plans is a plus- Regional/ international exposure, work with multi-cultures

University and above major in Human Resources
