CR Customer Care Support,Atlas Copco Shanghai Trading Construction Technique
Job description
1, Support sales on calls, faxes, customer needs communication, etc.;2, Maintain contract files according to CR Prokura, including Contract Checking & Stamp & Posting; 3, Sales Order booking, stock checking, following up the delivery schedule, feedback to sales or customers;4, Monitor the order status, communicate with sales/credit control closely, delivery arrangement;5, Communicate with VAT issuing team and Post VATs to customers (keep VAT copies);6, OOH report twice 2 week;7, Support AR collection;8, CR Equipment purchase order booking(except RCE equipment);9, Production & Lead-time checking, and communicate with other team members about the ex-wk time;10,Stock Reporting weekly;11, Others required by the supervisor.

Experience requirements
1, SAP and Lotus Notes experience is plus.2, College degree or above;3, More than 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Sales/Marketing Support;4, Very good English in both spoken and written;5, Good computer skills including Microsoft skills;6, Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit .
