  The overall objective of this assignment (the “Assignment”) is to assist the Company in contract supervision and perform the duties of the Project Engineer (PE) as specified in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant Design and Build (the “Yellow Book”).
• Duration: 40 Months
• Education: Minimum B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or similar.
• Experience: - Minimum 10 years experience in design, construction supervision or management of water and wastewater facilities;
  - Minimum 5 years as project manager or team leader for similar projects;
  - Knowledge of the EBRD procurement policy and rules, and knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract.
• Working language: English
