Sales Engineer - General Industry, Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems (General Assembly - Appliances)
Mission
The mission is to grow the General Assembly Segment - Appliances dramatically over the next three years in Thailand market. We target to double the business size as of today.This position reports to Sales Manager (Thailand) & Business Line Manager General Industry (South East Asia)
Job description
- Achieve the successful sales development of all related Tools and Assembly system products- Expand business in new accounts & territory- Develop new Distributors to increase market coverage- Break into strategic key accounts- Develop business in existing key accounts through transformation- Support distributors to achieve sales target- Provide all necessary information, training and support to key accounts and distributors- Monitor and report the sales development of all related products, market development information and feedback on the performance of special activities and campaigns.- Manage key accounts, develop new accounts and coordinate with current distributors to grow General Industry business in Thailand.
Experience requirements
- Experience in industrial technical sales - Experience of assembly tooling products and knowledge of Appliances Industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills- Solution selling skills- Prepared to be "hands-on" demonstrator and trainer- Good written and oral communication skills in English- Fluent Thai.
Educational requirements
- University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering/ marketing or equivalent by experiences.
Personality requirements
- Highly motivated team player, while at the same time showing initiative and ability to work independently.

This position will based in Thailand.Atlas Copco (Thailand) Limited, is located in Wellgrow Industrial Estate, which is 50 km from Bangkok center.
