Job purpose and key deliverables	As a Planning Manager you will have the opportunity of acting as a Finance Business Partner for Operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, production and processing of tobacco), by influencing, making recommendations and supporting business decisions. Your role will be to develop and implement processes ensuring the best cost of operation estimates in those areas, reflecting them in their planning and budget forecasts. It will be also to develop and coordinate management activities, such as: budgets, cost analyzes, financial analyzes and impact on P & L and cash, economic / financial analysis of projects, monitoring managerial indicators of the Industrial Department, among others. As a manager, your challenge will be to train, coordinate and manage your team, distributing tasks and guiding employees in order to get accurate results.
Essential requirements	Full graduation, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering Advanced English Experience in Project Management Computer knowledge Strong knowledge of management routines: Costs, Payments / Suppliers, Planning / Budgeting It is expected that the candidate has good interpersonal relations, communication and influence skills; ability to lead teams; ability to work with autonomy, planning and organization; and demonstrates strong analytical ability and control.
Desirable requirements	Background in FMCG companies will be a differential Desirable experience in supply / supply chain / industrial
