Director, Cross-Platform Planning & Programs
Plans the overall Cross-Platform portfolio plan and roadmap, prepares and maintains the developer offering roadmap and executes non-platform specific developer offering programs including the operator programs.
Planning & Roadmapping
• Drives the creation and maintenance of the cross-platform developer offering execution plan and roadmap in close collaboration with cross-Nokia teams
• Defines a clear and actionable execution plan for Developer Experience Marketplace (DXM) developer offering roadmap
• Drives the implementation of the DXM execution plan directly or through the relevant platform planning and program teams
Cross-platform & Operator Programs
• Specifies the scope and targets for the non-platform specific programs and accountable for the successful execution of those programs
• Specifies the scope and targets for operator programs and accountable for the successful execution of those programs
• Ensures cross-platform and operator programs feedback and requirements from developers/operators are effectively integrated into the planning cycle of the relevant asset teams
Closely works with Operator Teams, Marketing, Device Programs, Developer Offering Asset Teams and DXM sub-units
A successful outcome will be measured by the growth of the apps ecosystem and the availability of choice and quality apps for consumers as well as the scale of downloads & revenues for developers
Qualifications
A seasoned, mature and commercially-minded individual · Natural authority and leadership skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills: Information sharing, networking, influencing, leadership, conflict resolution
· Willing and able to challenge conventional thinking and approaches with constructive/innovative ideas
· Experience working with developers to execute all aspects of the 360 developer experience lifecycle
· Experience in creating and executing developer strategies with a deep understanding of mobile apps market dynamics and competitive offerings
· Strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of the developer ecosystem and how Nokia can make an impact
