At Nokia, you have a personal opportunity in an inspiring environment to make a global difference. Build a career that you will be proud of. Go on an adventure every day. Help shape a new era in the mobile industry. It's your world. This is your moment to shape it.
This role is ideal for a creative software professional who would love to dig into the technology and marketing of cloud computing and help lead the development of a state-of-the-art managed services ordering, tracking and monitoring system.
You will be working in a dynamic environment. Our stakeholders are the leaders of our Cloud Computing, Operations and Delivery organization. Our customers are internal Nokia R&D teams who need a convenient single point of access for all interaction related to the cloud computing and managed infrastructure services that we provide across Nokia.
We are a Portfolio and Solutions Marketing team responsible for the development of an intranet web portal with ties into a range of back-end systems. Our team's role is to create and organize information about our managed services, present a storefront of packaged solutions, allow R&D teams to order cloud computing resources, and then provide interfaces to a range of lifecycle support services.

Requirements
A successful candidate will be a strong software technologist who enjoys being involved with marketing and communications. You will be the technical brain behind the design and implementation of a web portal for outbound and inbound interaction with customers of our managed cloud computing services.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze alternatives and tool selections for portal development and storefront creation.
  • Drive web portal look and feel, web page design and portal implementation in a way that makes our customer portal engaging and useful.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions for managed services ordering and access to lifecycle support information.
  • Design, implement and test software integrations with a range of back-end systems for deployment automation and other functions.
  • Perform benchmarking of our solutions against alternative offerings, perform customer experience testing, and contribute to improving our services marketing efforts.
  • Be responsible for site maintenance - updates, revisions, removal of stale content, and managing sub-sites and user access.
  • Assist in developing technical content and collateral for cloud computing services documentation: data sheets, white papers, case studies, best practices, ordering guides, PowerPoint presentations, and web site content.
  • Dive in and help solve whatever problem is standing in the way of satisfying our customers
Our culture is founded on openness, collaboration and honesty, with colleagues who are brilliant in their field, resilient, and above all, strive for the best. One team, where everyone makes a difference and everyone is heard. We care. Even in tough times. We are driven by a better tomorrow, not just by past success. We make great products and services for millions of people, positively improving their daily lives. We are on a path where simplicity and "thinking big" can lead to great things.
