Graduates on the Cargo programme with British Airways will be part of IAG Cargo, the single cargo business for British Airways, Iberia and Vueling. IAG Cargo is made up of employees in more than 40 countries around the world from British Airways, Iberia and IAG Cargo Limited; all subsidiaries of International Airlines Group (IAG). IAG Cargo’s head office is in Heathrow and it has key hubs in both London and Madrid. IAG Cargo was formed following the establishment of IAG as the parent company of British Airways and Iberia in 2011.
 
As a result of the merger IAG Cargo is the seventh largest air cargo carrier in the world serving 120 cargo destinations. The business is making significant investment in infrastucture, technology and its people to deliver a better customer experience to position IAGC as a market leading business. Key Role Requirements

  • Must hold, or be predicted, a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) with a logistics focus (preferred)
  • Willing to work in different locations and business functions, you may be required to work some unsocial hours and shift work
  • Must have the right to live and work full-time in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship from British Airways
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check

Application Process

If successful at the application stage you will then be invited to take part in further assessments, the details of which will be provided to you. The face to face assessments will be held at Waterside, our head office near Heathrow.
 
Once assessments have been completed, we will make offers subject to references, confirmation of qualifications and medical requirements, we anticipate that the programme will start in September 2014.
