The Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) organisation is a driving force behind the creation of greater value in the company. We are responsible for the financial and legal functions, providing professional support and advice, and for represent the group in financial markets. A key task for us is to ensure high levels of ethical and financial compliance with corporate and external requirements. By means of active stakeholder management, CFO will manage the market perception of Statoil in Norwegian and international financial markets.

Job description

  • Responsibilities include general operations of the local office. In addition, the office services coordinator will assist with building access and perform administrative, logistical planning, coordinating supportive services, such as mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. Additional responsibilities include assisting in event planning and administrative or other duties as assigned.
  • Administer Facilities Management (FM) portion of new employee orientation, in alignment with HR on boarding process.
  • Coordination of 3rd party suppliers (i.e. contractors, plumber, electrician, architect, etc.).
  • Prepare office space for new hires – ensure proper furniture is available, in good/clean condition, order name plate and create mailbox.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and functioning at all time; pre-meeting setup per requests; meeting room coordination; coordination for AV or IT needs.
  • Assisting with catering and onsite events.
  • Maintain responsibility for ensuring Reception/switch board services are manned during business hours.
  • Assist FM Lead with move of staff/employees/individuals/teams.
  • Provide logistical support for offsite and onsite events, in alignment with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and resolution of Services @ Statoil requests.
  • Order, stock and refresh all break rooms (includes all snacks, coffee, drinks and kitchen supplies).
  • Ensure all copy rooms are stocked with adequate paper supply.
  • Security administration.
  • Coordinate between building maintenance and external repair/suppliers.
  • SAP requisitioning and service entries.
  • Assist FM Lead where needed, including but not limited to: event planning, equipment maintenance and repair, personnel moves, construction and other projects and requests as needed.
  • All of these duties and responsibilities would be in alignment with the global and local GBS FM process and procedures and local business unit support.

Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • 1+ years facility management experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (proof sufficient to satisfy US immigration laws is a requirement of employment)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Customer service oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to lift approximately 25 pounds
  • SAP experience preferred
