Project Controls Specialist (Contingent) at PT&C (Project Time & Cost)

Assist the project management team in developing an integrated project plan and schedule so that the project may be executed in the most efficient manner possible by accomplishing the following:
• Implement good planning and scheduling techniques and methods, including accurate and unconstrained critical path method (CPM).
• Support the project team in the development of the project plan and translating that project plan into the project schedule.
• Lead the development and analysis of project schedules, CPM software implementation and resource-loaded networks.
• Coordinate with the Estimating department to synchronize the estimate and schedule resource loading.
• Assuring the credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
• Work in concert with project cost engineers, estimators, and material control personnel, to ensure cost and schedule integration.
• Prepare detailed schedule reports as required (critical path, baseline vs. actual, earned value, look aheads, milestones, etc.).

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• AACE or PMI certification preferred
• Nuclear D&D Experience Required
• Five (5) to Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Project Controls Specialist involved in project planning and scheduling.
• Significant experience with cost engineering concepts (project estimating, forecasting, cost controls and variance reporting).
• Demonstrated proficiency with creating and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6 software.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CPM scheduling.
• Knowledge and application experience with Earned Value Analysis Systems
