EXPERTS IN MARITIME POLICY FOR EU FWC

COWI Belgium is continuously looking for Evaluation Experts, Impact Assessment Experts and Sector Experts in the field of maritime policy.
    COWI leads one of the selected consortia to provide impact assessments, evaluations and related services to the European Commission, DG MARE in the field of maritime policy.

    The purpose of the framework contract is to provide DG MARE with impact assessments and evaluation studies (ex-ante, interim and ex-post) of EU policies and EU programmes related to maritime policy issues through a number of specific requests for services (assignments).

    The EU Maritime Policy relates to the Black Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the costal zones and ports surrounding them.

    In order to expand our shortlist database of external experts, we are looking for highly qualified experts and senior experts with EU experience in the sectors listed below:
    • Evaluation of EU programmes project evaluation
    • Impact Assessment
    • Maritime sector expertise
    In addition candidates should have the following qualifications:
    • Previous experience in EU programme evaluation and or impact assessments. 
    • Excellent level of English (in speech and writing), knowledge of any other language of the EU countries is welcomed. 
    • The candidate should also have excellent analytical, inter-personal and communication skills, excellent reporting skills and computer literacy.
    • The requested assignments will vary in scope, size and complexity. The specific assignments are mainly foreseen to take place in EU27.
