COWI Belgium is continuously looking for experts in the field of Transport and Infrastructure under the EuropeAid Beneficiaries Framework Contract Lot 2 - Transport and Infrastructure.

We are actively searching for highly qualified junior (minimum 3 years of working experience) and senior (minimum 10 years of experience) experts with worldwide experience, preferably in developing and emerging countries, in the relevant sectors for Lot 2:

• Roads and engineering structures
  
• Railways
  
• Harbours and Inland water infrastructures
  
• Airports and Air Traffic
  
• Inter-Modal infrastructures
  
• Transport safety
  
• Buildings (for education, healthcare, administrative and industrial use)
  
• Water supply and sanitation networks
  
• Solid waste disposal and treatment installations
  
• Engineering and construction conflicts/disputes resolution
  
  In addition candidates should preferably have the following qualifications:
  
  Previous experience in EC project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
