FMCG Company is looking for hands on foreman with exceptional leader skills that have the potential to grow the company and within the company.

Qualification
Trade + N5/6 mechanical eng
Comp lit: Microsoft, SAP(1-2rs), any MRP systems

Skills Required:

Mn 5-8yrs in manufacturing in a FMCG comp
Min 3 yrs exp as foreman with post NQF4 managerial leadership skills
Understand objectives, measurments and progress as set up by Production management
Observation of safety practices with technical teams
Contineous management & improvement of technical KPA’s and KPI’s for artisans and technical teams
Liaise and coordinate of production and support services
Must be willing to work O/T and shifts if required
