The Gert Sibande District Municipality, with its seat in Ermelo (based in Msukaligwa), invites suitable candidates to apply for the following positions:
DEPARTMENT: INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
MANAGER: MICROBIOLOGY
Salary scale: R324 445.48-R414 959.00 per annum
(Grade TK15 (Provisional Grade)
Requirements: • National Diploma/BSc degree in Microbiology • Proficiency in Laboratory Management Systems • Knowledge and understanding of Local Government and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will be an added advantage • Code B driver’s licence • Knowledge and understanding of Local Government and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) will be an added advantage • Valid Code EB (08) driver's licence • 3-5 years’ experience in water laboratory and ISO17025 accredited laboratory • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position is essential • Computer literacy – MS Office applications.
