The recent appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer in conjunction with a strategic commitment to overall growth and development has created the need for the selection of a new Chief Financial Officer. The Head Office holding group of around 100 people effectively controls many billion kina worth of assets, thousands of employees, and millions of customers.
The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and the Board, and be responsible for all aspects of the financial function, including both compliance and management reporting, all regulatory reporting, and the development and implementation of effective budgetary cost controls. In addition to formal relevant qualifications, you will most likely have a work history that will demonstrate the capacity to think holistically and creatively. In a personal sense you will need to be disciplined, very hands on, rigorously objective and extremely engaging across all levels of the organisation, with a natural inclination towards coaching for performance and development.
The remuneration package will consist of two components: a salary package incorporating a base and performance incentive; and an N.C.D. cost of living component.
