Deputy Secretary-General, Corporate Affairs

Use your outstanding leadership and management skills to
deliver excellence in corporate governance, people and services
Within your remit are the key areas of internal governance, strategic planning, corporate services and HR management. Working to high standards of efficiency, effectiveness and integrity, you will ensure that our results-based management; monitoring and evaluation frameworks; and audit processes are sufficiently robust to ensure that quality standards are delivered continuously and consistently.
To succeed, you should have gained substantial experience at a senior level within an international or multilateral organisation. This must be strongly supported by a post-graduate degree or a good first degree with even more outstanding experience.
Combining a strategic outlook with operational practicalities, your working background should have involved HR, particularly recruiting and developing high-level multi-disciplined teams; financial and non-financial services including procurement, risk management, IT and strategic planning; and supporting change. Persuasive and confident, you must be comfortable interacting at senior political and officials levels in diverse environments.
