Head of Supporter Acquisition and Marketing

In this very senior role within the fundraising department you will take responsibility for leading our Supporter Acquisition programme.
You will manage a team of skilled professionals to acquire new financial supporters and develop new offers to attract new audiences.
You have leadership oversight for the Fundraising Department’s digital strategy, the Events & Community fundraising team and brand marketing. This will involve designing and implementing an acquisition strategy that encompasses new product development, events and digital fundraising to ensure we have a comprehensive competitive range of ‘offers’ available to maximise our income potential.
You will develop our internal talent, drive a culture of continuous improvement as well as report on effectiveness and share learning throughout the organisation.
With extensive experience of managing individual giving acquisition programmes in the non-profit sector you will have a record recruiting committed giving and one-off donors. Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the current media environment you are skilled at developing and delivering integrated acquisition campaigns across offline and online marketing channels.
Experienced at developing new offerings to target fresh audiences via innovative routes your expertise covers direct, event and digital marketing activities. You understand the need to measure, monitor and evaluate results and are effective at getting the best out of teams and external supplier partners.
