Pakistan Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Team Leader, to be based in Peshawar for an upcoming Project in Pakistan with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing large (multi-million budget), long-term (multi-year), complex projects for CIDA;
• Experience working and managing, at the field level development projects that focus on: decentralization; voice and accountability; governance; and basic service delivery
• Experience working in Pakistan would be considered an asset
• Experience working with local Government and community-based  organizations
• Skills: superior writing skills 

• Demonstrated experience producing results-based progress reports and annual workplans.
