Resourcing Manager

Malaria Consortium is one of the world's leading non-profit organisations dedicated to the comprehensive control of malaria and other communicable diseases in Africa and Southeast Asia. Malaria Consortium works with communities, government and non-government agencies, academic institutions, and local and international organisations, to ensure good evidence supports delivery of effective services, providing technical support for monitoring and evaluation of programmes and activities for evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning. The organisation works to improve not only the health of the individual, but also the capacity of national health systems, which helps relieve poverty and support improved economic prosperity.
The Resourcing Manager will contribute to the future development of Malaria Consortium by developing, managing and constantly improving recruitment strategy, policy and processes that support organisational goals. Providing guidance and training to hiring managers on best practice to facilitate effective recruitment.
The successful candidate will: • Right to work in the UK • Strong experience of managing and undertaking a high volume of high quality International recruitments • Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate recruitment strategy and processes to meet organisational requirements • Significant experience of working at senior level for an International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO) • Experience of working in networks and building strong working relationships • Proven ability to work with HR systems • Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues • Ability to work in multi-cultural environments • Broad knowledge and experience in international recruitment • Knowledge of effective candidate attraction strategies • Demonstrable ability to lead and develop systems • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills • Flexible approach to managing and prioritising a high workload and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines • Good numerical skills • Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
