About the Job:
In this role you will be responsible for the daily operational performance, compliance, of the Climate Control Products (Pharma and Perishables) at the Doha Hub. You will lead the team of the QR Hub Climate control duty managers and Care team.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Overall operational performance of Climate Control Products
- Support with daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Ensure conformity with all saftey/security/quality regulations
- Work closely with QR Customer Services manager with regular GHA reviews
- Support senior management and help establish departmental objectives and priorities
About You:
A minimum University Degree or equivalent, with at least 7 years of Cargo Operations experience, mostly within the Climate Control product space. An excellent communicator with a very strong command of the English language, a strong motivator and leader with the ability to strategically discuss and implement operations plans. Must be from within a Cargo Airline/Ground Handler/Freight forwarder
