Civil Society Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
Fund Management Facility (CS WASH FMF)
Duration:         Contract through to 29 February 2016 with an option at DFAT’s sole discretion for up to an additional 2 years
Location:          Brisbane, Australia
The Civil Society Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Fund (the ‘Fund’) works with civil society organisations (CSOs) to deliver access to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) across Africa, Asia and the Pacific over the years 2012 to 2017.
The Fund is a competitive grants program with several linked supporting components: (1) a Project Management component; (2) a Knowledge and Learning component; and (3) a monitoring and evaluation component.
The Contractor (GRM International) is required, as the Civil Society Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Fund Management Facility (FMF), to provide project management and knowledge and learning management assistance (components 1 and 2) to DFAT in support of the overall Fund.
The Fund Manager will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Contract and financial management;
  • Communication and coordination with CSOs, DFAT and external stakeholders;
  • Reporting;
  • Risk Management;
  • Management of the Knowledge and Learning Manager and Knowledge and Learning Component; and
  • Representation of CS WASH Fund where required by DFAT.
