Engineer with minimum 12 years professional experience. Comprehensive experience in sectorisation of water distribution networks for the purpose of non-revenue water reduction, hydraulic modelling of water and wastewater systems. Comprehensive knowledge of GIS preferred, Fluent English, required, Russian would be an asset.
