People and OD Manager Nepal and South Asia

WaterAid is an international NGO dedicated exclusively to the provision of safe water, sanitation and hygiene education to the poorest people in the world. 
The People and OD Manager will support employee engagement, internal communication, and coaching managers. Managing systems and processes to embed group initiatives and to deliver the HR agenda from the global people strategy. You will need to be a true generalist with experience in all fields.
The successful HR Manager will have:
  • Experience at operating at HR Manager level
  • Self starter and the ability to work with remote management
  • Strong generalist, HR management qualification preferred
  • Very strong communicator and the ability to influence key stake holders
  • Experience of managing hr administration
  • Experience  of managing different employee relations issues
The position requires significant contact with individuals at all levels and the post holder will be an influential and innovative person able to support major organisational change through persuasion, coordination and explanation. Previous experience of being in a stand alone HR Manager is preferred ideally in a global environment although all applications will be considered.
