Jakarta, Indonesia – Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)

PRSF is a joint facility between Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade–Australian Aid to manage the implementation of PRSF.

We are currently seeking Program Officer to support the Program Coordinator-PKH in providing oversight, coordination and management of the implementation of two-three family/individual based social assistance programs: Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) and complementary programs for PKH beneficiaries (Assistance for Education/Beasiswa for the Poor, PKH-Child Labor Reduction, and street kids program) and Jamkesmas.   

Essential Criteria:

  1. Master’s degree in economics or other relevant social science.
  2. Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience; experience in conducting research or analytical projects and providing technical advisory services
  3. Strong analytical and project implementation skills and strong understanding of Social Assistance Programs
  4. Proven record of strong client relations, with ability to work in sensitive situations, challenging policy environments, and within Government of Indonesia institutions
  5. Fluency in English and Bahasa
