Fundraising Manager [Ref: ER/3] £39,000 - £41,000 per annum plus 16% benefits package (12% in first 6 months) Based Brighton, UK

The International HIV/AIDS Alliance is looking for a dynamic manager to identify and pursue large scale funding opportunities and oversee a funding portfolio which amounts to over £9 million each year. Based in Brighton, UK the fundraising manager will play a key role in the resource mobilisation team, leading and managing a small team responsible for accessing funding to meet the key priorities of the Alliance’s HIV and Healthy Communities Strategic Plan.

The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of the current international donor environment and a track record mobilizing resource through institutional donors. S/he must possess solid experience of fundraising, donor liaison, proposal development, and reporting. S/he must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
